Solves reopening camera issue on Linux

In case the pwd has changed before loading a sound effect,
we search in paths relative to the executable.

This version doesn't reuse the isochronous transfer context and works
around the bug when the hardware connection is interrupted (e.g., usb
cable removed) that often lead to BSOD on Win 8.1 (and rarely on Win 10).

Seems stable but I'd still consider it in beta.

Also adds some extra text for the performance monitor ui

Since OpenCV seems able to handle other containers now, we are moving away
from .avi (and it's small size limitation).

I experimented with 3 codecs for static and dynamic scenes and had mixed
results when comparing MPEG4 and H264; based on the Surface results (least
powerfull test device), I'm going with MPEG4 to begin with.
This choice is also better from the usability side since the user no
longer has to download the Cisco dlls.

MJPEG is faster, but the video size becomes huge too fast. In the future,
we make this parametrizable for the user similar to Pupil Labs.

On an additional note, the generated .mp4 videos are playable with Pupil Player
v0913.

Fixes a bug if exiting while still recording.
The wrong pwd would be saved when exiting so now we simulate a stop
recording button press if required.

Assumes that source provides a monotonic timestamp source;
if not, latency before present is not accounted for.

Previous assumption regarding latency failed since frames were
accumulating in the event loop under heavy load
